Managed Office Solutions provides furnished and managed office space tailored to meet the tenant's exact requirements.

A 'Managed Office Solution' is charged on a monthly fixed fee upon occupation and includes all of the following, if required:

• Rent, rates and service charge
  
• Heating, lighting, air conditioning
  
• Gas, water and electricity
  
• Maintenance (external and internal)
  
• Cleaning (external and daily internal cleaning of the offices)
  
• Security/reception cover
  
• Partition layout, fixtures and fittings
  
• Data cabling
  
• Power and data distribution to workstations and equipment
  
• Comms room facilities
  
• Furniture
  
• Telephony
  
• Dilapidations and Reinstatement
